We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if applicable.

Delays:
During peak seasons, product drops, or due to external factors (weather, customs, etc.), shipping times may take longer.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic (UK orders): 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also log in to your Stoic Clothing account to view your order status.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

If your country is not listed, please contact support@stoiclothing.com — we may still be able to ship to your region.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply once the package reaches your country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Stoic Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us at support@stoiclothing.com for assistance.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@stoiclothing.com.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

8. Pre-Orders and Drops

For limited releases or pre-order items, please refer to the product page for estimated shipping dates.
All pre-orders are shipped as soon as stock becomes available.
