If you’re not happy with your order, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date if the item is either damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must still be attached

You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
Items that cannot be returned:

Sale or discounted items

Custom or personalized products

Items marked “final sale”
2. Exchanges
Please contact support@stoiclothing.com within the return period to arrange an exchange.
3. Return Process
To start a return:

Email support@stoiclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stoiclothing.com with:

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo of the item
We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.
