Refund Policy

At StoicClothing, every item is made to order — printed and shipped specifically for you through our trusted print partner, Printify.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Orders delayed due to shipping carrier issues

To avoid sizing issues, please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Because we begin production soon after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
